    This invention provides a selection method for blind switch target local areas including: arranging a list of blind switch target local area for every area in terms of the priority sequence, if the blind switch condition meets the requirement, a base station controller selects the areas in terms of the list sequence. Said target area includes the selection of target local areas of same frequencies, different frequencies and different systems.
