    This invention relates to a transmission link property self-adapting method in mobile communication, which comprises the following steps: a) measuring time delay: the wireless network controller will measure the transfer time delay of Iub interface through node lock-in process; b) dividing the transfer time delay to several grades, storing the divided result to the data base of the wireless network controller; c) the wireless network controller will select the allocating parameter of the Iub interface transfer layer and the wireless layer from the data base; d) call matching: when calling, the wireless network controller will select the corresponding allocating parameter according to the time delay grade, completing the self-adapting allocation of the transmission link.
