    The invention discloses a system of handset sending, disposing and receiving short messages, which provides a new solution of spelling conversion problem about short message. The old handset repeats mark question of only 0-9 buttons corresponding to several Chinese letters for each button. The handset resource itself confines the intelligent Chinese input of phrase and sentence which adds the cost. Therefore, the problem can't be solved only by handset itself. The invention adapts sending, disposing and receiving message as a whole system to study the conversion system of complete short phonetic message, which sends phonetic text and receives Chinese character text conveniently.
