Said invention uses the carbon-bearing iron oxide pellet as raw material, uses passive magnesium spheroidizer and GF converter ladle spheroidization process, and the spheroidized molten iron uses the electric furnace heat-insulating pouring process, and its core-making process is implemented by using cold box core shooter. Said invention has the advantages of high pressure-bearing power, resisting corrosion, high rate of finished product, saving pig iron and free from environmental pollution. |
