The present invention relates to a method for repairing kiln for rotary kiln. Said method is as follows: the place to be repaired is cleaned until the clean brick joints are exposed, then a plastic cloth or kraft paper is laid on kiln cylinder body and PA-80 glue is applied on the brick joints, and then the PA-80 glue in which phosphoric acid is added and refractory concrete or steel fibre concrete are directly rammed. Said method is used for repairing brick lining which is seriously corroded or has partial fallen bricks. Said invention is simple for construction, easy to operate, and the kiln lining repaired by said method is long in service life. |
