The invention discloses a method to dynamic alter prepaid user internet strategy, which comprises: A. user logs on door site to select new strategy, the site sends the new strategy and user information to broadband access server through certification charge server; B. the broadband access server modifies user information according to received information, and sends internet condition as old strategy of user to certification charge server; C. the latter counts up the user charge according to old strategy, and estimates again available time length according to new strategy and user residual, and sends the time length to broadband access server. This invention can proper control user surfing to maintain benefits of both user and provider. |
