    The invention relates to a method for realizing dual mode terminal communication in the wireless communication system, which comprises; first, the MSC sends a calling information message with main calling number to the HRPD network; the dual mode terminal in the HRPD network receives said main calling number; then the dual mode terminal can judge if receiving said voice calling according to the main calling number. The invention can make the dual terminal mode attain the main calling number when it receives the calling information message (with main calling number), without breaking the service of HRPD network, therefore, the user can select if to receive said voice calling according to the main calling number, if receiving, the service on the FRPD will be broken, or else, the service will not be affected.
