This is duyiwei droplet agent and its preparing method, its characteristic rests with its compounds, according to weight percentage: each bolus contains 25-50% duyiwei extract and base materials, which include Macrogol (PEG4000, PEG6000), glycerin gelatine, polyoxyethylene monostearate (S-40) and Poloxamer188, the base materials above can be used by mixing one or over two kinds. Its preparing measures are: a. prepare duyiwei extract: disintegrate duyiwei to coarse powder, add 6-20 times amount water and heating extract for 2-4 times, 1-3 hours each time; filter and combine extract, condense to its relative density is 1.1-1.4, add ethanol until alcohol content is 50- 90, stew for 12-36 hours, reclaim ethanol in upper clear liquid, condense it to dense cream, and the duyiwei extract is obtained. b. Prepare droplet: after heating the droplet base materials until they are completely melt, add them in the duyiwei extract, speedy transfer to liquid bottle after intimate mixing, air-tight and hold temperature at70-100deg C, under thermal insulation condition drip it to liquid coolant by dripping-device, condense and solidified to make pills; trickle themolding droplets and remove coolant, dry and package is ok. |
