    The present invention provides one kind of electronic element making process capable of improving the durability of the element without lowering the initial performance of the element. The electronic element making process includes the following procedures: heating the first electrode, forming the first organic layer on the first electrode, and forming the second organic layer on the first organic layer. The procedure of forming the first organic layer includes at least the step of evaporation coating to form the first organic layer on the heated first electrode and the step of cooling the first organic layer.
