    This invention relates to an organic electroluminescent diode emitting yellow light and a preparation method, which takes 8-alkyl aluminium quinoline, phthalocyanine copper, LiF and Al as the raw materials, rhodamine B as the dopant of fluorescent dye and InSnO conducting glass as the base of a light emitting device, absolute alcohol, toluol and acet as the cleaning agent and weak HCl as the etching agent to apply 9 layers of quantum trap structure, etch the InSnO conducting glass, supersonic clean it with the cleaning agent, dry it in vacuum, select chemical raw materials, apply reasonable match, steam and plate in vacuum to be cooled and tested to get an organic electroluminescent diode emitting yellow light and the thickness of the barrier and potential well is 3nm0.5nm, the voltage of each layer is the same.
