The thermal battery is designed for solving the problem that is the internal energy can not be used when there is only one heat source. It comprises a p-type semiconductor layer, a metal layer embedded with an isolation layer and tow electrode leads. The emitting electrons from metal layer are easy to pass through said isolation layer and to be captured by holes in the p-type semiconductor so as to implement a directional migration of electric charge. The invention is a permanent cell that can absorb heat from ambient environment and don't take any influence on the environment. |
