    The method comprises following steps: 1) at signal emitting side, making STOB coding for source data block (Q-block) to form a STOB matrix; the STOB encoder outputs bit-stream gmk (l) (i|Q) to make channel mapping; wherein, gmk (l) (i|Q) represents a number i column data in number Q block in number k user emitted from number m antenna; while making channel mapping for gmk (l) (i|Q), a corresponding emitting antenna coding data is inserted into the parallel data of dedicated polite channel; 2) at signal receiving side, the Node B receiver identifies emitting antenna while making channel estimation to get a channel estimation value and an emitting antenna corresponding to the channel estimation value; 3) defining the emitting electromagnet coupling channel; 4) defining the system performance parameter.
