The invention is concerned with the translucent equipment to achieve OSD (On Screen Display), in order to achieve the translucency of the SOD signal on the video signal. The equipment includes: a comparator, using to receive the SOD signal and the mark data of the translucent background color that is mapping to the SOD signal, output a controlling signal according to the same background color data in the mark data of the SOD signal and the distinguishing result; a output controlling unit, using to receive the UV signal in the SOD signal, the UV signal in the video signal and the controlling signal, output the UV value of the video signal or the UV value of the SOD signal selectively according to the controlling signal. The invention can achieve the translucency on the video signal of the OSD signal effectively by the simply operation mode. |
