The present invention relates to a new method for manufacturing seamless steel tube. When the cold tube stock is passed through between internal and external rotating resistance rings of forming block, it is locally blocked and galled by means of grain flow and breakage pyrogenic reaction, and then extruded to form. Said invention is simple in process, and can save energy. Its installation includes forming assembly containing forming block as heart of said method, driving portion, supporting portion and thrust portion, and the total weight of its installation is light. Said invented method can be used for manufacturing seamless steel tubes with arbitrary length and shaped internal cavity. |
