    The invention relates to a simplified process for making dried Malan heads comprising the following steps: (1 washing with salt, stirring homogeneously, (2) high temperature steaming or water boiling 0.5-2 minutes at 80-120 deg. C, (3) cooling down, (4) dewatering and drying, (5) charging condiment and mixing homogeneously, (6) dewatering and drying.
