    The invention relates to a process for making pickled vegetable, which comprises sealing lid of the jar with a rubber ring, fastening jar lid and mouth with screw-type pattern, pressing the rubber ring tightly onto the jaw mouth, as a result the inside jar can be isolated from the outside air.
