    The invention discloses a preparing method of coconut lactic acid bacteria beverage, which comprises the following steps: first, selecting mature coconut; cleaning ectoderm; second, cultivating lactic acid bacteria in the cleared cup; injecting 0.1-20% lactic acid bacteria in the coconut at aseptic grafting pattern; packing the grafting hole; stewing at 20-38 deg.c for 12 h to obtain the product.
