    The invention discloses an allocation of low-frequent pulse electric field in the cigarette disposal, which is characterized by the following: setting the strength of electric field at 20-1000kv/m and the pulse frequent at 50-200Hz; adjusting pulse breadth not more than 300ns and pulse lifting leading edge not more than 50ns; adopting paralleling board as electrode; disposing for 5-60 min.
