The invention relates to a steel track pressure welding device and relative operation, wherein it comprises a welding head, a control tank, a hydraulic pump and a cooling pump; and it is characterized in that: said control tank, hydraulic pump and cooling pump are arranged on the plate cart; the upper part of plate cart has suspension arm which can move front and back and swing left and right; the welding head is suspended on the end of suspension arm; the fixing end integration, heater support, pusher integration, moving end integration and end plate integration are connected via guide axle on the welding head; the fixing end integration and moving end integration both have steel track clampers; the steel track clampers are connected to the control computer; two sides of fixing end integration and one side of end plate that clamping the steel track have positioning blocks above; the bottom of three positioning blocks are in one horizontal plane.
