    The invention relates to a nickel alloy high-temperature solder used to weld the electric vacuum device, especially two kinds of nickel alloy high-temperature solders, wherein the chemical components of solder comprise: Ni100-X%MoX% (X=20-30%) and the (Ni75%Mo25%)100-XPdX (X=0.50%-5.0%). It can be used to weld cathode element with tungsten, molybdenum, and alloy element in vacuum or protective gas at 1400-1500Deg. C; and the inventive solder has better welding property.
