The invention relates to a method for producing the grinding cutting tool with three-dimension grinding particles, which comprises: mixing the powder and adhesive into mixture; sheeting the mixture, and planting grinding particles into the thin layer; planting abrasive particles into the thin layer of cutting layer; when the thin layer is solidified, layering several thin layers, pressurizing into large compressed blank; slicing it into small compressed blank to be sintered into grinding cutting tool; or pre-sintering, slicing, and sintering into grinding cutting tool. The invention can use ultra-fine powder, to accumulate the expensive powder around the abrasive particles. The inventive arrangement of abrasive particles can save expensive material. |
