    The invention relates to a bamboo plywood, and relative preparation, wherein it comprises: selecting material, preparing blind, immerging adhesive, drying, cooling compressing, and thermally compressing and solidifying to form the bamboo plywood with concave-convex surface. The invention can be resistant to acid, alkali, corrosion, and impact, to be used in the lower side door of train.
