    The invention relates to a method for breaking the edge of EVA into powder, wherein it comprises: abrading, transmitting, screening, transmitting EVA fine material, mixing, and purifying EVA powder. And the invention also discloses a relative system. The invention can process the EVA edge into uniform powders without color aberration, and reuse the powder to produce the EVA product which can be not be burnt, without any chemical additive and needle hole. The invention can reduce the pollution, and reduce the cost. Its energy consumption is lower than former technique, to reduce the cost.
