The invention relates to a method for producing sheet material support, which comprises: 1, slicing a sheet to generate at least one molded sheet unit with one molded sheet made from composite, and a film layer at the outer side surface of said sheet; 2, adhering the sheet unit on one outer circumference of one core mould, to adhere the inner side of sheet on the outer circumference of said core mould; 3, covering one thermal plastic material layer on the film layer and the outer circumference of said core mould; 4, heating said sheet unit and plastic material layer, to integrate the sheets; 5, removing the support from the core mould, the plastic material and the film layer. The invention has lower cost. |
