    The invention discloses an organic silanol acid blending paint composition and preparing method, which comprises the following parts: solvent oil, organic silicon resin, titanium dioxide, phthalidyl, barium sulfate, cobaltic naphthenate, zinc naphthenate, manganese isooctanoic acid and zinc isooctanoic acid. the preparing comprises the following steps: blending titanium dioxide, phthalidyl, barium sulfate and organic silicon resin in the grinding container to grind with fineness not more than 30 mum; adding solvent oil to stir evenly to form the first liquid; putting cobaltic naphthenate, zinc naphthenate, manganese isooctanoic acid and zinc isooctanoic acid in the first liquid; stirring to ripening for 1 h.
