    A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includs a supporting substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the supporting substrate, an uneven portion having a shape extending in the vertical direction against the longitudinal direction of the supporting substrate being disposed on one side of the supporting substrate, wherein the supporting substrate contains a block polypropylene-based resin composition containing a polypropylene-based block copolymer and a propylene-1-butene copolymer. It is desirable that ratio of the polypropylene-based block copolymer and propylene-1-butene copolymer in the block polypropylene-based resin composition is polypropylene-based block copolymer/propylene-1-butene copolymer = 95 to 60/5 to 40 (weight ratio).
