    the invention discloses a cotton regenerating root culturing method and specific cultivating base, which comprises the following parts: 1.9-3.5g KNO3, 0.65-1.7g NH4NO3, 0.64-1.2g MgSO4, 0.15-0.6g KH2PO4, 0.3-1.2g CaCl2 .H2O, 0.2-0.4g FeSO4 .7H2O, 0.017-0.085g MnSO4 .4H2O, 0.004-0.02g KI, 0.00003-0.00006g CuSO4, 0.00003-0.00006g CoCl2, 0.007-0.0095g HBO3, 2-10mgNAA, 0.5-2mg KT, 0.4-0.8g glutamine, 6-8g agar with pH value at 6.2-6.8. the cultivating method comprises the following steps: dissolving culturing base of cotton regenerating root in the water; sterilizing at high temperature; cooling; plugging the root in the culturing base; keeping moisture at 20-25 deg.c for 12-18 days; culturing under light with air.
