    the invention discloses a broom corn millet drought resisting moulding S-adenosylmethionine synthase gene and application, whose cDNA sequence is 1293bp with two nucleotides in the 5' non-translating region and 103 nucleotides in the 3' non-translating region to code 396 amino acids, wherein the isoelectric point of protein is 5.50 with molecular weight at 43243.02, which is located in the cell frame; the RT-PCR expressive analysis of gene displays that the gene possesses certain expression under normal condition, which induces to express under dry condition (relative soil water content is 36%).
