the invention discloses a detecting method of heterotrophic bacteria in the drinking water in the detecting technological domain, which comprises the following steps: (1) diluting aseptic water sequently by 10-1 and 10-2 times; (2) sucking 1 mL diluted water through aseptic gun separately; injecting in the aseptic culture dish with each diluting degree paralleling 10 vessels as empty to compare with aseptic water; (3) cooling each vessel within 15 mL dystrophic culture medium to 45-50 deg.c; rotating; blending with culture medium and water completely and evenly; (4) solidifying; inversing; placing in the culturing box at 37 deg.c for 48 h; observing and counting everyday. |
