    the invention discloses a testing method of bacterial number, specific agent and device, which contains the following two parts: one is composed of adenosine triphosphate relieving agent of somatic cell and bacterial cell adenosine triphosphate relief and luminous agent; the other is composed of adenosine triphosphate relieving and eliminating agent of somatic cell, bacterial cell adenosine triphosphate relief agent and luminous agent. The testing device of bacteria number contains bacteria ATP testing cup and fluorescent tester, wherein the bacteria ATP testing cup possesses a bottom end and opening roof end; the ATP testing cup can immerse filter with diameter at 0.15 mum-0.50 mum on the bottom band when using agent group1; the ATP testing cup without whole tests agent group 2.
