The invention relates to a coil device of internal shield longitudinal packing machine, which coils the polyester film around the longitudinal pack to four coils to form coil shield, wherein it comprises: a frame, a motor mounted on the frame, a hollow groove axle axially mounted on the frame and transmitted by belt wheel and the small belt wheel of motor, the groove axle disc sheathing the groove axle with the first and second guide rollers one balance block, a coiling pack belt disc base sheathing the groove axle, and a quick positioning clamper with limit rod on the groove axle. The invention is characterized in that: the end of groove axle at the coiling pack belt disc base has one screw section; said screw section has one open nut. The invention has the advantages that: it can improve the working efficiency, reduce the lobar strength; the side part of coiling pack belt disc has better contact; and the screw section has spring and spring base to avoid loosing open nut. |
