    The invention relates to an over-current protector, which comprises two metal foils and one positive-temperature coefficient PTC layer, wherein said PTC layer is between two metal foils and contains at least one crystal polymer, one oxygen-free conductive ceramic stuff and one non-conductive stuff; the diameter of conductive stuff has certain size and the volume resistance of said PTC layer is lower than 0.1omega-cm.
