The invention relates to a sealing three-pole transmitting lighting tube and relative production, wherein it comprises a sealing vacuum chamber formed by anode glass and glass round block; the inner side of anode glass has anode electrode layer and a fluorescent powder layer; a cathode structure, a control grid and a gattering additional element are sealed inside the vacuum chamber; the cathode structure is formed by cathode substrate, cathode electrode layer and the carbon nanometer tube above the cathode electrode layer; it uses the carbon nanometer tube as cathode material, to fully utilize the field activated transmission character of cathode and uses the long glass bar as cathode substrate to confirm the distance between cathode and anode and the uniformity of light, with lower cost and simple structure. |
