    The invention relates to a TV device with limit mode, which comprises: a mode switcher for switching the TV device into one limit mode; one memory unit for storing the play time and the lock time; one timed controller for based on the play time and lock time controlling the play/lock state of TV device, and outputting relative lock control signal and unlock control signal; and one lock switch circuit for based on the lock control signal and unlock control signal locking/unlocking the TV device.
