The invention relates to a TV device controlled by telephone, which comprises: a memory unit for storing the preset unlock information; a communication interface connected to one phone network for receiving the calling information and unlock information from the telephone; a false load circuit connected to the communication interface for responding the calling information to start the call; a compare control circuit connected to the communication interface for receiving the unlock information from the communication interface, when the false load circuit starts, and comparing it with preset unlock information, when they are same, outputting one pass control signal; and one lock switch circuit connected to the compare control circuit for responding the pass control signal, to switch the TV device from one lock state to unlock state. |
