    The invention relates to a TV device which can automatically adjust volume, wherein it comprises a communication interface connected to one telephone to receive the voltage signal; one detector connected to the communication interface for detecting the voltage change of communication interface and outputting relative volume control signal; and one volume controller connected to the detector for adjusting the volume via said volume control signal.
