The invention relates to a standard image signal generating method, based on recorder mode, and a relative device, especially receiving VCR signal to generate standard image signal, wherein it comprises following steps: waiting for inputting vertical synchronous signal; inputting vertical synchronous signal, throwing out the image signals relative to the horizontal synchronous signals less than L that ruled by VCR, to store the image data of horizontal synchronous signals after L into memory; if inputting M horizontal synchronous signals caught in video catch area, interrupting the catch; then for catching semi-frame signal, waiting; using standard clock, guiding out stored image data. The invention can reduce the horizontal vibration and up-to-down motion when converting static image mode into digit image signal, to simplify the signal converter that converting non-standard image into standard image, to reduce the producing cost. |
