The invention relates to a bit rate control method for converting the variable bit generated by MPEG dynamic image encode into fixed bit to be transmitted. And the invention can avoid additional view converter, and uses the complexity of picture whose point is coded to check the view conversion condition; and the picture complexity after conversion can be calculated out by referring the converted picture, to improve the quality of converted picture most, and reduce the complexity of hardware, and it can avoid bit buffer overflow. And it has high calculation speed and lower cost. |
