The invention relates to a system for controlling the priority of remote user, and a relative method, wherein said system comprises at least two junction exchangers LS; at least one local junction LS, via data distribution generates the virtual user relative to the users of other junctions LS; the local junction LS sets the priority of virtual user to control the remote user priority. And the invention discloses a call method of remote user, which comprises: when the user of other junction LC is the calling one, the call is routed to the local junction LS that generates the virtual user relative to the calling one; when the local junction LS receives call, inquiring the priority of virtual user, if it meets the priority, instructing the SSP to go on calling; if not meet, rejecting said call. The invention can realize the user priority concentrated control in different exchangers. |
