The invention relates to a system for realizing multimedia color bell service and a relative method, wherein said system comprises: call/register server, multimedia color bell center, calling terminal and called terminal; when the call/register server checks that the called terminal registers multimedia color bell service, it requests the multimedia color bell center to feedback the media address of multimedia color bell, and feedbacks the media address to the calling terminal; when playing the bell sound, the calling terminal uses said media address, to request the multimedia color bell center to send the media flow data of color bell, and play the multimedia color bell. The invention can flexibly set play strategy and support multiple play methods. |
