A micro actuator, comprising a base (1), a movable part (7) displaceable relative to the base (1), an elastic support part (5) supporting the movable part (7), and drive parts (4a to 4c) displacing the movable part (7). A specified relation is provided between a spring constant according to the displacement of the movable part (7) in the vertical direction and a spring constant according to the tilted angle of the movable part (7) to increase the gradient of a drive force against the displacement of the movable part (7). Thus, the control of the micro actuator can be accurately performed and the structure thereof can be simplified. |
