    The inventive automated press-distributing kiosk comprises at least one compartment for placing at least one publication copy and at least one distribution unit enabling a user to reach a selected copy and is characterised in that it also comprises a distribution device making it possible to take the copy in the compartment and to place it in the distribution unit. The distribution device is provided with an arm which is robotised along at least three axes and is provided with the base of a prehension head mounted thereon. Said prehension head comprises actuating means for displacing the copy placed in the compartment along an axis initially parallel to the plane of a surface of the copy by means of a contact force between the initial position thereof in the compartment and a position at least parallel to the output thereof and means for blocking at least one copy arranged in the extension of the displacement axis and enabling said copy to be blocked in a position with respect to the prehension head when said head is in the output position.
