    A method for preparing the fibers of white gourd includes such steps as peeling, cutting into blocks, removing pulp, slitting, pre-boiling, centrifugal dewatering, squeezing for removing water, steaming for removing water and packing. The resultant fibers can be used to prepare fruit stuffing by mixing them with raw fruit juice and white sugar.
