    A nutritive egg containing the mixture of egg white, yolk and food particles is prepared through preparing the particles of solid food, boiling egg in water for 50-90 S, cooling, making a (6-10)-mm hole on its shell, removing part of unsolidified egg white and yolk, filling said food particles in it, sealing the hole, and boiling.
