    An apparatus for controlling the tension of perfume thread in the tip filter of cigarette and applying perfume to it features that said perfume thread passes sequentially through thread feeding roller, left lower ceramic pillow, perfume in tank, left ceramic pillow, right pillow, perfume in tank again, felt and discharging roller.
