An electromotion cleaner is provided wherein the helical direction of a resilient wire provided at a stretchable hose crimped on the outer peripheral surface crosses the helical direction of a strong resilient wire of a cover axially and circumferentially. Accordingly, the frictional resistance between the stretchable hose and the cover is reduced, the contracted hose is smoothly stored in the cover, and the curve of the contracted hose is removed. The contracted stretchable hose and the cover are fixed by locking an operating portion to a locked groove, and the stretchable hose is surely maintained in a contracted state. An axial twisting of the stretchable hose is removed by a turning mechanism, and the appearance in the standing storage is improved. Thereby, an electromotion cleaner allowing a smooth contraction of a curved hose, including a simple mechanism for surely maintaining the hose in a state of contraction, and allowing standing storage with good appearance can be provided. |
