The switch (11A, 11B) for designating a user also serves as a power switch. When this switch is pressed as the first step for blood pressure measurement, the blood pressure monitor (1) is turned on. The blood pressure monitor (1) does not operate even when a switch (12) for blood pressure measurement operation or a switch (14) for display of recorded past measurement values is pressed before the switch (11A, 11B) for designating a user is pressed. |
