    An intramedullary needle fixing system with lock for the fracture of femur neck is composed of a metal rod transplanted between femur head and tuberosity part, a locator at the femur head end of said metal rod for preventing the relative rotation between femur head and tuberosity part, and a connector at the tuberosity end of said metal rod for connecting the metal rod to tuberosity part.
