The thin corrugated calcium-plastic board is one laminated structure comprising the surface calcium-plastic paper, the middle corrugated calcium-plastic paper and the bottom calcium-plastic paper, and has thickness of 2.3-2.5 mm and corrugation rib number of 23-25 each 100 mm. The material for the thin corrugated calcium-plastic board consists of polyethylene 40-50 weight portions, calcium carbonate 50-60 weight portions, stearate or other salt 0.5-1.6 weight portions, antioxidant 0.02-0.06 weight portions and stuffing 0.1-0.3 weight portions. The production process of the thin corrugated calcium-plastic board includes the steps of compounding material, kneading, banburying to plasticize, rolling to plasticize, pressing, unwinding paper roll, hot adhering paper layers, cooling and cutting to required sizes.
