    The present invention discloses method of modifying wood sheet with natural lignin, and features that the alkali lignin extracted from waste pulping liquor is prepared into modifying liquid and the modifying liquid is used in soaking and dying poplar sheet, so as to produce poplar sheet with high mechanical strength, high flatness, beautiful color and other advantages. The present invention can raise the value of the poplar sheet and relevant products and find new of waste pulping liquor.
